The minimum age for staying is 23 years old.

Children and pets are not allowed.

Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted.

Smoking is not allowed in the accommodations.

In case of violation of the house rules, access to the accommodation may be denied without any right to a refund.

The accommodation is exclusively intended for recreational stays.

The maximum number of people allowed per villa is 2 adults.

It is not permitted to allow third parties to stay without permission.

The guest is responsible for the careful use of the accommodation and inventory.

Any damage should be reported immediately.
