The minimum age for stay is 23 years.
Children and pets are not allowed.
Parties, events or loud music are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodations.
In case of violation of the house rules, access to the accommodation may be denied without right to a refund.
The accommodation is intended solely for recreational stay.
The maximum allowed number of persons per villa is 2 adults.
It is not allowed to let third parties stay without permission.
The guest is responsible for careful use of the accommodation and inventory.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
